Jo Levy
Jo Levy is a skilled trial lawyer, former general counsel and chief compliance officer, arbitrator, mediator, and strategic counselor with extensive technical and international experience, including intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data rights, antitrust, class actions and compliance. She has successfully litigated matters involving semiconductors, software and hardware patents, technology transactions, international business disputes, manufacturing, medical devices, product liability, marketing, commercial disputes, and aviation.
Before joining The Norton Law Firm, Jo held numerous senior positions at Intel Corporation, including Vice President, General Counsel of Asia Pacific & Japan; Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer; Vice President, Mobileye Governance & Legal Affairs; and Associate Director of Litigation. While living in Hong Kong, Jo managed complex cross-border business, legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. As Chief Compliance Officer, she built Intel’s worldwide ethics and legal compliance program, led internal investigations, and chaired Intel’s Ethics and Compliance Oversight Committee.
Jo is a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Panel for Intellectual Property and Technology, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, and a mediator for the Northern District of California and the Sixth District Court of Appeal. She has served as a court-appointed mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California for over fifteen years.
